Warranty: The manufacturer also offers for purchase an extended 2-year warranty at the time you purchase your device. The manufacturer provides the purchaser a standard 12-month warranty from date of device receipt covering device for malfunctions due to material defects or manufacturing defects. Functional defects due to wear and tear and improper use are excluded from the warranty guarantee. The guarantee is also void if unqualified or unauthorized personnel attempt to repair and/or open the device.
