She maintains several certifications and continues educating herself as well as others in the progressive field of lasers and anti-aging treatments.

Lisa was one of the first technicians to launch Plasma in her practice here in the US and has worked closely in conjunction with Woburn MA Plasma Concepts Headquarters. In the summer of 2019, Lisa came on as a US Master Trainer and National Director of Clinical Education.

In her position, Lisa has hand-selected and trained/mentored for Plasma Concepts 15 educators across the United States on our hand-held plasma devices.

One of the most important parts of Plasma Concepts’ approach to the aesthetics industry and its practitioners is to make sure that anyone using a Plasma Concepts pen has the right training and confidence to deliver the best results for their trainees and their clients. Lisa has created the training programs and worked with the trainers – all of whom have experience using these devices. Plasma Concepts will even offer private training to practices that want many of their staff to be trained. After training, the Plasma Concepts private Facebook Technician group and mentoring program (overseen by Lisa) ensures that all providers can get their questions answered quickly and in detail. Plasma Concepts pens come along with full in-depth didactic and practical hands on Prestige training as well as lifetime support including a dedicated Clinical Hotline phone number staffed by experienced clinical trainers as well as a private online based forum for on-going support and mentorship. After 3 months of hands-on experience treating clients in their practice, Plasma Concepts Prestige Technicians also have an opportunity to attend Advanced Plasma training covering more challenging techniques and niche types of skin conditions and areas.
