Meet two of Plasma Concepts’ advanced trainers – both dedicated to giving our technicians the ability to deliver reputable consultations, procedures, aftercare and support to their own valuable clients.
Meet Debi Mezistrano-Boer!
Debi has been a medical esthetician and laser specialist for 20 years. She is experienced in facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, all aspects of laser and light-based procedures, advanced skin care, plasma lift, microneedling and PRP. Debi is the lead instructor for Texas Laser Institute and writes curriculum and educates students and clients on laser applications and all other aspects of medical aesthetics, including being a plasma lift and fibroblast specialist. She is a national trainer for Plasma Concepts and sees clients of her own one day per week. Debi was also a clinical trainer for Cutera Lasers for five years and Quanta lasers for two years. She has 15 years of cosmetic injector experience and teaches basics in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Her experience includes 18 years in the medical field, nine years as a respiratory therapist working strictly in intensive care and emergency and nine years in hyperbaric medicine. She is devoted to getting the best results for every client, meeting every client’s needs and concerns and always being available to her students for follow-up questions. Debi is very committed to the education of her clients, her students and herself. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Debi moved to Texas in 1989 with her now husband of 30 years and her two children. She enjoys swimming, golf, traveling and being with her three dogs.
Meet Lori Sheffield!
Lori is a registered nurse in the state of Georgia with many years of experience in the field of plastic surgery and as a trainer of medical and aesthetic laser devices. She has worked with several of the top laser companies, training all across the country. As a clinical training specialist, Lori travels to medical practices facilitating training and providing education on laser technology and specific treatment procedures. She is also a Georgia-certified senior laser practitioner and performs laser techniques for an array of aesthetic rejuvenation and restoration treatments. With advanced training in hand-held plasma devices, Lori plays an important role as a member of the national training team for Plasma Concepts.
